THE STRATEGY
The site was authentic and soulful, but lacking in focus and direction. I streamlined information architecture and turned longform content into digestible chunks of information.
OUTCOMES
B2B Content Strategy. I strategized engaging content for future blog posts that will drive awareness and drive donations and sponsorships.
The FAQ’s, originally placed under the “About Us” section, were moved to “Who We Are” to allow users to find what they need quickly.
A vision for future content was set. New blog posts will be based on interviews with veterans, which will drive SEO and generate authentic backlinks.
Initiatives were rewritten to be short and concise. The tone was adjusted to fit the rest of the site and company as a whole by being more direct and less legalistic.
